It required one uncomfortable Monday evening. Yaseen, 7:50 PM: "Adams going for 50? 👀" Adams went for 35.5, and the math held only because the rest of Naafay's roster declined to participate. Meanwhile Stefon Diggs scored 19.2 on Yaseen's bench, because this roster is apparently contractually obligated to leave one good game in the shed every single week.

The man who called Week 1 his championship now has an actual win, a 208.76 points-for total that sits seventh, and a lineup that finally matches the production. Up two.

Yaseen's Week 1, itemized: the fifth-highest score in the league, a 7-4 record against the field, the largest negative luck number on the board, and a loss — because the schedule sent him to WR University on lecture day. The Real Standings say he played like a top-five team. The actual standings say 0-1. Both are true, and shouting about that gap is the reason this website exists.

The picks he loved delivered. Jeanty consumed 29 of the Raiders' 58 touches for 29.7 points, and clearance-rack Trevor Lawrence dropped 26.1 — two straight data points for the round-13 QB1 plan, counting the value math from August. The pick everyone loved did not: Achane managed 8.6 on eleven carries, and the buy-low columns are already circling. And then the detail nobody should ever tell Yaseen: Chuba Hubbard's 22.2 sat on the bench behind Achane, and that one swap wins the week. It was also an unmakeable call at kickoff. There are two Noor brothers in this league. One is the defending champion. The desk ranks Yaseen tenth with the fifth-best ceiling on the board, which is the most Gang Green combination possible. Achane and Jeanty is a genuinely exciting backfield. Yaseen celebrated Achane "falling" to him at 1.11; ESPN priced him at 12, which makes the fall roughly one seat, and technically in the wrong direction. The young receiver row of Garrett Wilson, McMillan, and Burden could all hit. His own risk assessment, verbatim: "my RBs have big bust potential just off of injury risk." The man knows. He typed "I have a sickness" mid-draft and kept drafting.

The quarterback is Trevor Lawrence, acquired in round 13 at 60 picks past market price, which is another way of saying the position was addressed with clearance inventory.

Asim called this the best team Yaseen has ever drafted, then added "definitely AI." Both can be true. "Always like my team," Yaseen says, annually. This is the rare year the math half-agrees.
